Instructions to Life, plzkthnx

summersdreamDid you know there are actual instructions on how to care for a nonstick pan? Like, you should... season it. I thought that was just cast iron skillets.
And also, water heaters have plastic bits that can break and then you have super hot water pouring out the top and soaking through the floor so that it starts raining in the downstairs. Then you get a new water heater. The carpet still stays soggy for a day or so though. Ugh.
Oh, and washing clothes is hard because every stupid garment has different instructions.
Blech. And sometimes you have to use bleach like on that white towel that got wet and left on the carpet and somehow turned green. Except bleach+asthma sucks. So that was fun too.
*sigh* Can't wait to have a working car again. SERIOUSLY. On the other hand, with no option for easy escape I'm forcing myself to do a lot more laundry and cleaning. Give me another day or two and I might even do proper meal planning... or real true cleaning. ... okay, yeah that's probably wishful thinking lol
Back to moving things into less obtrusive piles and putting things away in the kitchen where Brynden will never find them!
Luckily the wreck and totalling of the car went pretty easily as far as insurance goes- they gave a good price on Carlotta... now to find something else my picky self will consent to driving in public. >.>
Also, watching Rapunzel on Netflix. It's far less awful than I thought. I'm actually entertained.
Ohh and current new fixations: Mad Men.
I know as a Housewife I should be watching telenovelas or something but really... Netflix. Much more convenient.
OMG AND DEADWOOD. Finally watching it and we're on Season 2 and I LOVE THIS SHOW. That is all.
