Writer's Block: I wanna be just like you

I totally wanted to be like Claudia from Interview with a Vampire when I was about eleven (... I don't even know. I'm just telling the truth, it doesn't have to make sense). But then Buffy happened and I wanted to be Buffy as a middleschooler. I wanted to dress like her and talk like her and look like her and date a vampire. Like that was my life's goal. When a Buffy clothing line didn't make it to stores I was crushed in a way that cannot be communicated in words. I consoled myself with LJ Smith's Night World, and then became a cheerleader.
Next was an unhealthy hero worship of... someone. Of course, then I grew up and decided to be myself. Except for those times when I long to wake up as Serena Van der Woodsen. Shut up. Don't judge. Y'all know I'm shallow.
