short update is short

heading back to the dr tomorrow (again, sigh). I've spent waaaaay too much of the last week hurting to the point of fetal-positioning and worshipping a heating pad. I actually got sick on Saturday night so... I don't know. If they can just do something more helpful this time that would be great. Cause as much amusement as can be had on pain killers, I really don't enjoy taking them more than once in a blue moon.

On the bright side, there's A Game of Thrones preview on Sunday? 

I have a couple books I should review in here too... I just finished Red Wolf Conspiracy and really liked it, though I didn't expect to. And I read the latest Sookie Stackhouse, but of course there's a new one coming out too. I'm not so sure I'll bother to read that any time soon though. For once, the tv series really is way better than the books in my opinion.

I'm hoping the doctor can magically tell me this is something really simple and take this this enchanted pill and then poof all the problems will be solved... wouldn't that be awesome? 


Anyway, <3 you, interwebs. I'm going to go read Cracked.com lists now or something.

Cracked is such a terrifying addiction. How many lists of random things can I avidly read instead of doing something useful for humanity...? Apparently the answer is "infinity"

if it's what we talked about, you may ahve to do biofeedbacck therapy or something...I've also find mine spikes when my estrogen changes, and when I have lower back pain. But a few exercises plus having my neurontin on standbye help a ton. You may also have to change your diet around...it blows but seriously I've been able to go back to a lot and be fine after like a year...it does get better. unfortunately finding out what your triggers are and the best way to handle those takes a lot of nitpicking and time. she may have to refer you to a specialist.

I'm sorry, I nkow it's not what you want to hear. I've been there, and it's not a fun journey, but it does get better :HUGS:

Looking forward to that AGoT preview!

I came across a Joshua Radin song yesterday that reminded me of the promo shot of Sean sitting on the throne of swords.

I think this would make an awesome Game of Thrones video, not because it's all violent and edgy, but because it would be one of those vids where the sweet and tender music belies the devastation on screen. And because Westeros is all about the envy and the fear.
