Date: 2011-06-28 12:00 pm (UTC)And I can't lie I sort of lost respect for him when he was doing interviews for Dark is Rising and said he couldn't read the book, got like a paragraph in or something, and I was like "I disown you." But also that prepared me that since no one working on the movie had read the book it was going to suck.
Only I didn't realize it was possible to turn it into a bottomless infinite VACUUM OF SUCK.
Blargh. Sorry, still bitter.
He's a good actor though. I think he'd rock with the Game of Thrones cast anyway...
as long as he can read the damn books
